The storage buidlings/well houses are heavy. The 64” by 64” weighs about 450 pounds and the 80” by 80” weighs 550 pounds. They can be anchored fairly easy with tap con screws through the 2 by 4 and into cement. If you do not have a cement slab ground anchors can be purchased at Lowes, Ace Hardware or Tractor supply and they work very well.
YES! You can paint them yourself or we have partnered with a local body shop here in Graham, Texas and can have them painted for you. There would be an additional cost for the painting.
If we deliver, we will be able to lift and swing the well house over the pressure tank. A 6’ tank is a little difficult and we may need help to lift well house over tank. If you choose tovpick up at my lot you will need access to fork lift or tractor to lift over tank.

Anything can be mounted to walls of well house using lap tech screws.
